Was quiet at night, got a good night's rest.

Girl at desk couldn't even give any directions to places in the area! Poor!

The hotel was nice, but the rug in the room we were in was filthy, our feet were black after walking on it!

I liked the location to the Public Musuem and 2 other event centers.

Clean. Very friendly. Great restaurant. Good location. Did not make it to the lakeshore. But I had an Aunt to visit and she took us out to eat, so it was later when we checked in and I wish they could have held a room for me on the upper floors facing WI Ave. I do not get to the city very much and that would have been a thrill. Clean, friendly staff.

Having to pay for parking, bar was not open till 4:00PM, bartender was not that great.

The rooms were clean, updated, and the bed was comfortable. The bar didn't open until 4:00 PM. and on a Saturday (couldn't figure that out), there were people trying to get in long before that for a snack and a drink. Not much hot water pressure.

All of the staff members were very friendly.

Our room was non-smoking but we could always smell smoke.

You are paying for the location. The room was small but the bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept in. Parking is $12 a day at the hotel with limitless in and out. There was only one restaurant and it was just so-so. Lots of outside noise was heard in our room on the 7th floor. ...read more
